3. Ordering Process

Orders are placed through WhatsApp communication. The process involves:

  • Customer selects desired service and package
  • Customer contacts PVA CONNECTS via WhatsApp
  • PVA CONNECTS confirms availability and provides payment details
  • Customer completes payment
  • PVA CONNECTS delivers accounts in Excel format within stated timeframe

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed before account delivery. We accept various payment methods as communicated during the ordering process. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery

We strive to deliver all orders within 15-30 minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary for bulk orders or during high-demand periods. Accounts are delivered via Excel sheet format.

6. Replacement Warranty

PVA CONNECTS offers a 7-day replacement warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Accounts that cannot be logged into at the time of delivery
  • Accounts that do not match the described specifications

The warranty does not cover:

  • Account suspension due to violation of third-party terms of service
  • Issues arising from misuse or improper handling
  • Accounts reported after the 7-day warranty period

7. Account Usage

Customers are responsible for using purchased accounts in compliance with the terms of service of the respective platforms. PVA CONNECTS is not responsible for account suspension or termination by third-party platforms.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • We are unable to deliver the ordered accounts
  • The accounts delivered do not match the description and replacements are unavailable

9. Limitation of Liability

PVA CONNECTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or purchased accounts.
